Racing Factory is a webshop that was established early 2006 to serve
and support the RC car racer.
We are racers! Our objective is to support the active racers by
offering a broad selection of high quality racing products at an affordable
price.
We are constantly looking around the world for new and interesting products
and new trends. Due to good contacts within the industry we usually find
out about the latest news quickly and try to bring the latest available
unique products to our customers. We are passionate about RC racing,
and our aim is to share this with our customers, through friendly service
and exclusive information.

Terms & Conditions
Our webshop is intended for the active hobbyist and racer that
know what they buy and have knowledge about the products. The competitiveness
of our prices is due partly to own import and due to high volumes. We
believe fully that customer satisfaction is key to any successful business
and therefore do our utmost to satisfy our customers.
As a rule we keep
all products in our webshop in stock. However, sometimes
we might be out of stock. In this case you will be contacted by email.
With regards to spare parts we try our best to keep stock of all vital
parts as we consider after sales support extremely important.
We follow
the current consumer laws and work according to e-commerce terms set
up by Federation of Finnish Commerce and Finnish Direct Marketing
Association (Finnish DMA).
Pricing
All prices in our webshop include VAT (22%). We reserve the
right to change prices. The price visible for the product in our webshop
at the
moment of order is the valid price.

Payment & Shipping
Terms
Products ordered from the Racing Factory webshop will be sent
abroad by post or airmail. Payment options are Pre Payment to Racing
Factory
account or PayPal. Our webshop use an automatic shipping cost calculator
that will calculate the shipping charge. Upon agreement it is also possible
to collect the goods from our office. We also supply products at races
in Finland.
Returns
All products come with a return guarantee. If you want
to return a product you have to inform us within 7 days after receiving
the goods.
All goods
must be returned un-used and in original packaging within 14 days. After
receiving the returned product we will return the payment to you. The
address for returns is:

Warranty
Warranty given on products by each manufacturer is valid. If you feel
an item was damaged during shipment please do not use the item in question
and contact us immediately. If you feel the item was mispackaged or defective,
please contact us at info@racingfactory.fi immediately.
Let us know if you want money back (remember payment details) or a corresponding
product in place of the damaged one. Always include a receipt or a copy
of the packing list with your return.
